SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Unfortunately we cannot ship helmets to USA, Australia and Russia directly. If you are based in USA, Australia or Russia please contact our local distributor.

Please note the above delivery time frame is an estimation provided by the carriers and may vary between countries. Generally the closer you are to Italy, the sooner you will receive your package!

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 days from our warehouse based in Italy. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email including instructions on how to track and collect your order.

Our orders can be delivered by BRT, DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT or DPD.

We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.

UK SHIPPING INFORMATION

Due to significant disruption to the UK border and general UK logistics, due to restrictions caused by Brexit, we are currently unable to guarantee fast shipping to the UK. All orders will be processed and shipped immediately from our warehouse in Italy. We are working closely with our shipping partner FEDEX to deliver all packages. However in some cases there may be delays of up to 3-4 weeks.
