MET Vibe Mips is an E-Bike Commuter Urban Helmet with rear USB LED light, NTA 8776 Certified.

WHAT IS NTA 8776?

Made for e-bike users, the NTA 8776 certification is the first of its kind. Recognising the higher speed and greater energy released upon impact if a crash occurs while riding an
e-bike, this certification means this helmet can help to dissipate energy more efficiently than standard helmets. This makes it one of the safest urban helmets available.

FLIP-UP SHIELD

The modern and minimal design is inspired by a new generation of cyclists who are changing urban mobility. The Vibe On is also equipped with a wide, adjustable shield to protect from wind, dust and insects and a rear rechargeable USB LED light to enhance visibility.

COMFORT and adjustability

Comfort is key when it comes to our helmets. The Vibe On Mips® uses a ratchet buckle to make it easier to fasten the helmet straps, and alongside our Fit System Safe-T Sport with a 360° head belt, it offers supreme comfort. 

REAR USB LED LIGHT

Increasing visibility with lights (even during the daytime) can help other road users to see you that little bit easier, which can be quite difficult in the busy urban environment. Our Vibe On Mips® helmet comes with an integrated rear USB LED light to help keep you safe and seen during your ride.

The MET Vibe Rear USB Led Light is attached to the helmet with an elastic band and can be easily removed to be recharged or used off the bikes.

EXTENDED HEAD COVERAGE

The Vibe On Mips® also utilises extended head coverage for more comprehensive head protection.

MIPS® PROTECTION SYSTEM

Featuring the MIPS-C2® brain protection system,
the MET Vibe On Mips® is able to slide relative to the head in case of a crash, redirecting damaging rotational motion. MIPS is a rotational management system—engineered to add protection to the standard construction of helmets in case of certain impacts. The MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) is attached inside the helmet between the comfort padding and the EPS.
