MET warrants its helmets and protectors to be free from defect in both material and workmanship for the original owner for a 2 year period from the original date of purchase. Please email us before returning the goods in order to avoid unnecessary shipping costs. We will contact you with information on how to solve your problem and how to return the product if necessary.

    Our warranty is handled locally by our distribution network. To request a warranty claim, contact the retail location from which it was purchased or the concerned distributor. Distributor addresses can be found here. For goods purchased on our website, please contact customerservice@met-helmets.com

    The product should be returned to the shop where it was purchased or sent to MET at your own cost. Products must be returned in appropriate individual protective packaging with a detailed description of the claim, together with original proof of purchase. If the product is found to be defective it will either be repaired or replaced with the closest model available in terms of price, size and colour at MET's discretion.

    The warranty does not apply to products that have not been used correctly according to the MET owner's instruction manual. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, negligence, harmful treatments, incorrect adjustment, exposure to excessive temperatures, contact with solvents or for uses other than that intended by the manufacturer. Any modification made by the user will render the warranty null and void. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.
