RETURNS

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order.

    MET will provide a full refund or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.  

    CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be returned unused and undamaged with all tags attached and the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
    • Return must include original invoice and Returns Form.

     

    MET reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender. Any items returned outside the 14 day return period will not be accepted for return.

     

     

    HOW TO RETURN:

    To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please follow these simple steps:

    • Contact our Customer Care via shop@met-helmets.com. Quote your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return.
    • Complete Returns Form accordingly and include it with your return package.
    • Post your return back to:

    Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Department (usually within 2 business days), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your Credit Card or PayPal account that was used for the original transaction. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after for the credit to be reflected in your account.

    MET does not cover any postage costs associated with returns; all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.

    MET cannot be held liable for any lost packages. Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service, keeping a record of the tracking details.
